Genuine experiences only
Write about your own experience with the vendor: ordering, shipping, packaging, support. One review per vendor per account; you can update yours anytime.
What we remove
Fake or incentivized reviews, reviews of competitors written by vendors, harassment, personal information, and medical claims about products.
Vendor replies
Vendors can reply publicly to reviews of their listing. Replies follow the same rules.
Reporting
Anyone can report a review. Moderators resolve reports and outcomes are recorded in the platform audit log.
